Picard, the French food company specialized in the manufacture and distribution of frozen products sent an email early this month to his subscribers with a 2,50 Euros voucher for a minimum of 25 Euros spent.
In order to remind customers about the voucher, the brand sends push notifications to remain top of mind.
Customers that had previously saved a Picard coupon in their mobile wallet, have received a notification to inform them that the coupon has been updated with this offer.
Thanks to this new mobile marketing solution and push notifications sent as reminders, Picard has registered up to 50% redemption rate in-store.
